Pep will certainly not be able to establish the style of play and a general City dominance as easily as he could at Barca and Bayern. But still nice for BPL and City to sign such an iconic manager.

I actually think we are the best for him to take over. Our defensive frailties will be covered by the 75% possession, with Aguero, you have the closest thing to Messi. I think he will win us so many trophies in the time that he's here. He signed a three year deal, but I feel like he will stay much longer.

We will need a RB, CB, and a Yaya replacement

you gotta salute the man for having the balls to come to england with his reputation at stake as he will realize he aint gonna waltz through teams like he did in spain and germany.
That said, his measure of success will not be if he will win trophies. but how many of them.

I think that Arsenal would have been the best option for Pep with regards to playing style and talent. Ozil would need a coach like him to really shine at least once in his career... nontheless I guess Pep will also be happy with City and he will win you titles NATIONALLY. CL not so much...

You don't only need wing backs and a Yaya replacement... you need another offensive winger as well, since neither Nasri, nor Navas or Silva are capable of what Pep will demand from them (as wingers that is). Also, Touré is getting older and slower + the rest of your potential Central Midfielders (let's call them defense-oriented), i.e. Fernando, Fernandinho, Delph simply do not bring enough quality to the pitch to win something like CL, when Barcelona have Busquets + Rakitic, Bayern have Lahm + Vidal, Paris have Matuidi + Verratti at the same time.

Hart
Xxxxxxxx - Kompany - Mangala - Xxxxxxx
Touré/Replacement - De Bruyne/Xxxxxxx
Xxxxxxxx - David Silva/ De Bruyne - R. Sterling
Agüero

I could imagine Bruno Peres from Torino as a potential Right Wing Back, but it seems like Ancelotti has also made a request to Bayern Munich officials to sign him.

Yaya needs to be replaced. Delph or Fernandinho can fill that role, they're complete midfielders that can run for 120 minutes every 2 days. I'm not too worried about that, I agree we need a more offensive winger(Reus B) ) LB...im thinking he sticks with Clichy and uses the youngin Angelino as a rotating player. As for RB, there aren't that many players available that I can think of heat wouldn't cost an arm and a leg. I'm sure he will get a CB(Laporte)

Idk. Either way, I am beyond thrilled.

Coleman. Someone needs to end his torment in that inconsistent Everton team.

Don't see much changing for City with Pep. He is way over rated and my boy Edgard will be heart broken.

Signing power alone is worth it.
