The Prem is not even close to meaningless. Ur top 2 teams are not better, only Bayern. The rest of the league is garbage
Bayern has it easier when it comes to CL... Chelsea are fighting for the league (bayern has already won the league by this time of year) + have more matches. It's a way different story for prem teams.
Plz put Bayern into the prem :)
15/16 UCL- Bayern & Wolfsburg (14/15 champions and runner-up) will probably qualify for the quarterfinals, while Chelsea struggle, Arsenal are out and Man City will advance due to the easiest possible draw.
- Both German teams won their respective group with Arsenal (last year's PL third) ending up behind Bayern and Manchester United (last year's PL fourth) being eliminated by Wolfsburg.
14/15 UCL- Bayern (13/14 champion) made it to the semi-finals and Dortmund (runner-up) was eliminated in the round of 16, just like City. Chelsea and Arsenal were eliminated in the same round, both losing to Ligue 1 sides.
- Both German teams won their respective group with PL sides Arsenal (last year's PL 4th) and City (last year's PL champions) finishing only second/behind them.
13/14 UCL- Bayern made it to the semi-finals, eliminating both Arsenal (last year's PL 4th) and Manchester United (last year's PL champions) on their way. Only Chelsea made it further than Dortmund, who were eliminated by winners Real Madrid.
- Both German teams won their respective group with PL sides Arsenal and City (last year's PL runners-up) finishing only second/behind them.
12/13 UCL- Dortmund (11/12 champion) and Bayern (11/12 runner-up) ended up facing each other in the most-watched UCL final to date, while no PL team made it to the quarter-finals, Arsenal (last year's PL 3rd) being eliminated by Bayern.
- Both German teams won their respective group with City (last year's PL champions) ending up in last place in Dortmund's group, not winning a single game.
But I guess your problems with numbers and math start to shine through in your posts again^^
Bayern would dominate PL just as they dominate Bundesliga and even Dortmund wouldn't really struggle to qualify for UCL on a regular basis.
Off-topic, but still a fun fact:
While ~60 Spanish and each ~40 German and French players were used in this year's UCL, English players struggle to keep up with well-known football nations like Israel, Ukraine, Serbia or Belarus regarding their numbers
