Even in his best season last year he was outperformed by Alexis Sanchez who had an average season by his standards and was new to the league.

If we are judging Hazard by the standards you judge a world class player, then Hazard is a flop, end of story.

To be correct you have to mention that Sanchez is almost 3 years older than Hazard when you compare them. When Sanchez was at his 24 in Barcelona he managed to score 8 goals making 9 assists and that is at Barcelona where they have average of 3 goals per game then. Hazard still can develop more even after this bad season and i am pretty sure that neither PSG or Real Madrid would want to buy them for 2 reasons - 1st his awful season this year and 2nd both teams already have perfect wingers(Di Maria, Moura, Bale, Ronaldo). I think he'll get his form back by the next season under the management of Simeone.Hazard is not close to Messi or Ronaldo but he's still a top class player who's just having a horrible period of his career.
