Howard was a fucking monster yesterday, nothing would go past him, we deserved the 3 points.

In the 93rd minute, Stones brings down Sterling in one of the clearest penalties I've ever seen and is waved off, cunt of a ref made it seem like a penalty by running towards the spot, but calling a goal kick.

i don't know, maybe because he saw the ball was going out of play anyway? maybe because the defender realised his sliding tackle was mistimed and did everything to avoid contact (failed obviously)? maybe because sterling went down in the typical "look ref, there was contact, give me a penalty"-manner?

don't get me wrong, i agree it was a 100% penalty, i'm just guessing why the ref decided against it...

Sure, you could see it like that, but still, that's just horrible.
