For me that's quite obvious Cesc will be the future Man United legend - you don't bid for the player repeatably if there's no chance of him joining.you.
And afaik barca fans want him gone as well.

here comes none sense manu fan, if thiago stay this would sound possible. there 0% chances now he'll go, you welcome to bid but barca well just reject them all until manu give up.

yeah ofc all good players will become manu legends
but you forget 2 things

1. why the hell should anyone join manu atm?
2. fabregas will stay with thiago gone
