Serie A is at as good of a place as it's been in the last decade. Ancelotti with Napoli, and they're spending these days. Inter revitalized with the CL have already completed some great signings like De Vrij, Nainggolan, Politano etc., Roma is going very youthful and made several signings already this summer, Milan is shit and Juve, well, Juve is Juve.
