fair enough, i still think there should be sanctions for this whole mess in general

by the way, i spoke with some german policemen about the riots and all of them agree that the french failed miserably in terms of overall approach
plus there were way too few in numbers, if the french simply did not send enough or if thats all they got is speculation of course

our world cup was peaceful from start to finish B)

They have failed miserably. But fortunately for the peaceful fans still at the tournament the French have realised their error and drafted in specially trained British forces to come over and try and sort the mess out.

And I agree that there should be punishments for all. But that would also include France as their own people have been causing shit.

This is the exact attitude of the brits traveling abroad. When they get beaten, the interesting part comes : them excuses.

Exactly. The only brits you interact with are those that go to Spain to get drunk and be merry. The same way as the only Romanians I see are in the whore houses getting busted on police shows.
