Ramos barely touches the ball and then stops Messi to shoot it and probably score a goal , end of discussion.

It actually means you got the ball first and not the player?

Usually in the first world when you get the ball first, it's not a foul? Obviously there are exceptions, but I'm sure that's how the ref saw it, no bias.
