Doubt it. It was passed to outside enforcement agencies to check over it but I doubt it will ever be fully in the public domain.

Platini has asked Blatter to resign and still he says no ..

This is why you dont let a swiss guy lead such an organisation

He is totally going to embarrass himself and the footballing world (more than he has already) by dragging a slow process through the dirt

I would go into reasons why Blatter should have stepped down years ago but I dont have time and im sure weve already covered how much of a joke FIFA is in these forums a million times
