Of course Podolski gets called up, for me there just isn't much talent in Germany when you compare them to England.

actually england got more promising talents to me atm than germany, couldn't name many world class prospect players from german under 21

England has a lot of young promising players tbh...
Sterling, Kane, Barkley, shaw, chambers... Just to name a some U-21 on the top of my head
I meant chamberlain, but I guess chambers aswell
The problem with england is they never can put it together as a team.

german youth national teams are successful and there should be someone useful there
and we are still stocked with good players who are not too old
lets not forget there is always a bit of luck and germany produced many worldclass players in a short time
theres no guarantee its gonna stay that way

england has talents, but you need grown class players to win a title
we will see if they can manage that or get embarrassed again
