Diego Costa was 3 goals away from winning the golden boot last year and now he's a strong contender for second best scoring striker in any major league (obviously Ronaldo has already claimed any golden boot or goal scoring award already)

Costa is absolutely world class.

1-2 good years don't make you world class, it could just be superb form... look at Torres, he played on world class level for 2 years, but was a mediocre player throughout the rest of his carreer

Diego Costa is a good striker, but I don't consider him world class, at least for now
