Lo liga isn't a proper league, it's 2 top teams and 18 others no one really cares about.
Deal with it.

Atlético doesn't agree with you, and they are not owned by a russian or muslim millionaires. ^_^

Would you prefer him over a fit Mario Gomez? or Lewandowski? Are you sad about selling him?

In any case I think buying Lewandowski is a win-win for Bayen... They strengthen their team while weakening their strongest rival at the same time. Immobile is really good though, wonder how he'll do over there.

Not saying he's bad ofc (atletico is a great club after all) , I just  think that Bayern (like Real Madrid) should only demand the very best strikers in the world, and don't consider Mandzukic to be one of the very best.

Same situation with Benzema, he's been good with Real Madrid for years, but just  being good doesn't cut it for the La Decima winning side B)

sure i prefer mandzukic over gomez, but i think lewandowski is an improvement, as he is one of the worlds best strikers
and he is for free as well ^^
he will do well and he is a good guy (in the beginning i disliked the signing to be honest ^^)

i get your point, but i think bayern could have easily kept mario, because he is worldclass at what he does best, although there are better footballers than him
we have enough players to score goals

Atletico have no chance of doing that again. Their squad is aging, they are low on money and even a good striker like Mandzukic will find it difficult to score 20+ goals this season.

Back to RM and Barca as top 2 for another 10 years in lol liga.

wtf, Raúl Garcia is the only player of their starting XI that is over 28 (he's 31)

plus they've signed some very young players like Oblak or Correa, and have promising players coming out of their youth system (Óliver Torres, Saúl Ñiguez, Manquillo, etc) that should become players of the first team in the future in more or less important roles

I don't exxpect them to have a good season this year because the players will probably be worn out due to the fact they've played at 100% almost every game... however the season after that should be good for them, and their bench gets deeper year after year

Tiago and Gabi, who is the captain, come to mind regarding aging. Both play central midfield too. Miranda and Juanfran arn't getting any younger and probably peaked last season. Also there's a problem with experienced players like Felipe Luis leaving, a young player won't be as solid for years, whereas we are yet to see whether Diego Costa has been replaced well.

Tiago isn't that important (other central midifielders like Koke, Raul García and Gabi are better). Miranda and Juanfran are the oldest players in the starting XI (after Gabi ofc), but they're still not 30, and that means they still have fuel for a few more seasons... especially when you consider they are defenders.

As for the players leaving or being signed, it's not much of an issue. They key to Atlético's success is Simeone and the way the team plays; not any individual players. Atléticos players look better than what they actualy are when they are playing in Atlético's system.

And even when you look at the transfers, Luis Fiipe isn't really much better than Siquiera, and Mandzukic is better than Diego Costa imo.

Their only real big loss is Courtois. However Oblak is 21 years old and has only conceded 8 goals last season with Benfica, keeping a clean sheet in 75% of his games, which is absolutely impressive, even if it's the portuguese Liga. So even after losing Courtois they might be ok in the gk department.

I saw a decent amount of Benfica last season and he was one of their best players, such a skillful left back

They had an once in a life time season, watch them drop back into mediocrity where they belong.
