You do realize: Different bookmakers apply different sets of rules with regards to soccer (football) betting.
This is a common statement on most betting sites, because not every bet is the same on every site.
Guidelines need to be stated, need to be available, and need to be adhered to TO ALL USERS, not just "non-Americans" or whatever you are trying to state.
d2jsp is NOT vegas, there are literally no rules topic(s) being posted (some said there used to be one)..

The only thing i'm trying to point out is that it's nobody's fault but his, that he placed a bet without finding out all the details. And tbh, when u have a 0.5 spread, doesn't that give u some sort of hint if u are at least somewhat familiar with betting?

How does one find out details without any details/thread being posted? Are you supposed to PM a bunch of people to find out?
