In countries like America, yes. I don't know about Belgium. I'd move out if I lived in a country where the age of consent is 18.

Correct you are, in Sweden the age of consent is 15 (!), you could be 40 and still go for a 15 year old. if I'm not incorrect in Spain its ridiculously low (like age 13-14 or something?) but that might only apply to persons under 18 (e.g. 17 can do 13)

Norwegian law dictates anyone over 16 is legal to all other ages.

And btw, the general rule of thumb is that your lower limit should be your own age (20) divided in half (10) and add 7 (17).

Age of consent in Spain is 13, however if you use trickery, deceit, mind games, use your older age in your favour, etc to seduce someone who isn't 16, you get busted.

However they've already approved raising the age of consent to 16 in all cases. Not even sure if the law has officially been changed already... but in any case it's approved and should be official really soon if it isn't already.
