afaik not the B or C team which play in the senior leagues, the "Juvenil" (youth squad) which is right below them, the best team they have in the youth league system

well in spain they dont really have "u-19" teams. they have the main team, barcelona, then barcelona b which is basically the reserve team but they are their own team in the spanish leagues, then they have a youth team
