How do people not understand this loan system is a win-win guarantee for chelsea?
1. Buy prospect for small cash
2. Let him develop
3. Either try to integrate in first team or sell for way more cash
4. Profit either way

It's an easy and safe way to make money and maybe get a really good player for the first team.

How? Look at de bruyne and lukaku. Did chelsea destroy their career?
If they would have stayed at chelsea and play less than on loan it would have been worse for them.
