I disagree, the ban would be 2(?) transfer windows. We would get 1 to set up for only a year and a half without purchases.

We have a lot of good players out on loan right now. It's either they will make the first team, or after few loans be sold to a mid tier first division club.
I don't see what is so bad about this system tho? Gives chelsea a lot of options.

Can you even name one lower player you loaned out that went on to play for the first team?

Yeah in the past we haven't really had any I can think of atm, but we have never had so many loaned out players as we do now.

Also we've made some profit off these loaned players.

I don't think it's bad for the players at all... When they come to chelsea they are basically guaranteed a first division team.
