Yeah his bizarre decision-making finally ran out of luck. At home in a final and you dont go to win it in 90 mins with all of Englands firepower up front? Line up with 5 defenders (one of which scored on the assist from the other, fair enough but you can do that with 4 defenders), 2 CDMs, and a water carrier in Mount? and like you said let someone who has been on more than 5 mins take the pens first (Rashford okay he usually makes them but hes never had this level of pressure, not even in Paris)
