German teams are in every single aspect of the game - except for foreign players' individual class / possible prices they can pay - better than PL teams. Nothing to do with luck. Money + youth system really fu*ked up PL.

UEFA youth CL teams do not any represent Germany's youth system properly... they're not the best German youth teams...
