Or it shows that new tv deals for everyone else means the monetary gap between clubs is closing. Financial fair play is also somewhat changing the monopoly of the "big" teams.
The more Leicester's that rise in the premier league. The better the premier league will be. It will hopefully show the big teams that money can't buy everything.
