I can't seeing Everton letting both Fellaini and Baines go in the same window. It'd have to be a nice bid ~15-20million for them to even consider letting him go

I don't think they have much say in it if the offer is right.

Baines especially may be willing to leave as it's his best chance to win anything, Fellaini still has many years left in him.
