Still can't do anything with him. Whenever I choose him, I get kicked out due to connection problems.
How do I fix this?"

I have literally zero coins/cards left and according to the EA forums there is no way too fix the issue.

How the fuck can that happen.
EA is a multi-billion dollar company and I'm a paying customer. How can that one fucking card fuck up the whole system.
I can't believe that there is nothing that can be done about it, like contacting EA and telling them to better delete that card manually after I paid so much money on the game.

I know I sound like an asshole btw.
But that really makes me rage.
This is the point where the customer support really pisses me off.
The worst part of the story is that I have to feed them with even more money because I have 242 coins atm and not a single card that I could put on the market to trade my players back so I need to open a pack^^^^

The customer support and EA is as bad as the microsoft support.
