I've just followed this guide and I'm really impressed!

Played a match with old 433 team, lost 2-0.

Played 2 matches with new 422-2 team and won 5-0 twice. (First one winning 3-0 and player put controller down)

Maybe handicap etc was on my side, dunno, but my team were immense and loved playing with them.

Changing the camera also helps so so much, wish I had seen the guide months ago now

I'm totally a fucking noob.
Dunno even where to change the camera etc.
Whenever I do it my opponent will leave while I change my settings.
And I can't seem to find the option in the main menu ^.^

Pause at start of the game and go to settings. Change camera to co-op, height to 20 and zoom to 0.

going for around 40k right now. Which is an absolute steal, he is definitely the best RB in the game.
