well if you try to head the ball and accidently hit the opponent with your elbows in the air you're booked as well
this situation has been quite similar - ball's in the air, lewandowski trying to get a proper position to the ball, using his body to defend the room in order to get the ball
elbows may not "go out" - so yellow for that obviously is justified
by no means it was intentional though
