Well boys, I wish I could say it's been a good season, but unfortunately, we were very underwhelming.
The only positive is Klopp. The way he has conducted himself as our manager has been nothing short of amazing. I truly believe this is the man to take us forward. Once he's had a chance at a summer transfer window, hopefully bringing in players to better our first team and to better cope with his philosophy, I think we'll be in good shape for the season. No European football puts a big damper on attracting top players, but Klopp seems to have a knack of bringing in players that are under the radar and getting the best out of them. Not to mention, how he's been able to transform some of our players over the course of the season. But also, without the distraction of European football, we should be able to put more focus on the league.
Overall, looking at our current crop of players, there are a couple of players that I really hope do not pull on kit next season, most notably, Moreno and Benteke. Unfortunately for Benteke, he just doesn't fit the system. Moreno on the other hand is just a liability and should not be played as a defender.
I'd like us to bring in a solid left back (or use Flanagan there), and improvements on Henderson, Lallana and Mignolet.

I think we've got a good foundation for a team, just need more reliable players in those empty positions. Henderson and Lallana would be great options coming off the bench, we'll have Ings back, and Origi will hopefully be fully fit to start the season. Along with Gomez who started the season off quite promising, and we'll have Joel Matip coming in from Schalke.
