To be fair, it has happened a lot that a player doesn't work for one team and does for the other due to their style of play. Juventus have doen well over the past few years domestically and in Europe.
Let's all not forget the fact that basically all other European leagues except PL have important things called actual playstyles, having a gameplan laid out, or just basic tactical coaching, which players are used to and NEED to have at hand in order to perform decently.
Until Pep, Klopp or Conte joined PL teams, there were no such things in English football... PL and with it its coaches had zero to offer in those important fields of modern football, with only Laudrup (major) and Wenger (minor) as exceptions.
