normally i would have said another important game where alonso's gone completely missing but unfortunately for bayern that's not entirely true...

well it's true though. every time fc bayern faced a decent opponent he was somewhere between invisible and abysmal.
i mean, don't get me wrong. he's worldclass at receiving short passes from the centre backs and playing back short passes back to the centre backs, retaining incredible passing percentages - especially against low level bundesliga competition but other than that...
