RIP Sporting, finally. They've been so awful... if the teams above them hadn't relaxed they'd have been long gone like Granada and Osasuna.

Hopefully next season we don't have 3 utter shit teams... the battle to avoid relegation has been really boring with these 3 awful sides.

Tie-breakers are h2h in La Liga (like in the CL... sadly), goal difference only matters if the h2h is tied, and it's not the case between Sporting and Depor (Depor won both games).

ah yeah i forgot about that ^^

goal difference was discussed quite a bit in our first and second league recently so i automatically looked at it
i think goald difference is fairer, its an image of the entire season and weaker teams that managed to have more close games over the season should be rewarded
same with top teams that provided a lot of goals

I agree. League seasons are all about consistency, so a h2h tiebreaker that comes down to having a good/bad day doesn't make sense imo (unless you're also tied in goal difference and goals scored)

So it's official, OHL has been bought by Thai owners..

No idea what will happen to the club now.

people from Leicester were also interested but they didn't offer as much

Yeah our owner's son apparently wanted his own project. Shame really, we might have foreign owners but they are one of the best around. Donating to local charities, interacting with fans, investing in the club etc.

And they know how to throw a party. B)

Mill you liar. I'm hearing it's the king power boys taking over?

Following the Board of Directors of OHL, the General Assembly has unanimously approved the proposal of the King Power Group regarding the acquisition of the cvba OH Leuven.

You're in good hands, and we'll probably be over in the summer for a friendly. :D
