easy mate. i understand you're upset but let's get the facts straight here.
huntelaar's ban of 6 games was reduced to 4 with 2 on probation, meaning if he gets another red card in this season those 2 are added to his new ban.
boateng's ban is that long because on the one hand it was already the 4th or 5th red card in his bundesliga career (adds 1 to the mandatory ban of one game) and because choupo-moting didn't convert his penalty (adds another one). now you can argue about if that's fair or not (especially the 2nd one seems a little odd) but those are the rules...
if you just compare the two fouls and look at the respective punishment it looks very strange and unfair indeed, a bit of context helps explain it though...
i looked it up and boateng had 2 reds in the last 2,5 years (this one included)
lets go back 10 years and look if we find something

it was a normal foul while trying to get the ball
both players shook hands afterwards
and wtf has the pelanty to do with the punishment?
those guys deciding this are absolutely out of their minds
the guy from augsburg got 2 games for his foul......
classic 1 gamers
i am just waiting for the next guy who hits someone and gets 3 games as well...
