Surprised he's still alive then tbf. Probably the scariest looking footballer I've ever seen irl.

Witsel almost got lynched by the RSCA fans. Wasilewski kind of forgave him tho

So what I got from this thread is a bunch of regular joe's would go for unsecured glory by staying in the top competitive leagues rather than a few extra zero's in their bank account that will help secure their familys future for a very long time. Seems like we have a lot of selfish people here.

I would go immediatly but Axel went for the money already to Zenit and it's not like he was gonna starve in Turin, he's still pretty young and could of gone later when he would be paid more eventually, just my 2 cents.

He already has enough money to secure his family's future. Honestly, I wouldn't know what to do with more than 10M€ on my bank account (or anywhere close to that amount tbh).

The only thing that comes to mind is buy a castle and a crown.

But seriously. I would take the top league over the money, he is still young, sacrificed a lot to play at top level (probably) and then give it all up for some money.

nice breakdown but why do you even respond to that post, treating it like he actually wanted to talk about football for a change?
it was clearly him being petty again - not even american armchair fans have THAT little football knowledge (i hope)...
