why do so many americans always have to remind you when they do something "good" for the world? (and if it's just being arrogant enough to not give a shit about international laws because there is a problem to address that's hard to solve otherwise)
the rest of the world is not so stupid. we see it and we appreciate it but this "look what we've done for you" attitude (even though one of the biggest scumbags was one of theirs) is really annoying and considerably lessens the appreciation for the good they do imo...

also funny how they always have to emphasise how much they "don't even care" - they think it serves them as excuse (for bad results / league ...) AND as enhancer for good results or other football related things.
in reality, however, it just shows how much they care after all. and don't get me wrong, that's not a bad thing at all, quite the opposite as these days show. just a little more modesty and the rest of the world wouldn't quite hate them so much...
