I'm not a Mediator of this sub forum and that's not my responsibility. Sure, things could probably be ran better but they seem to work fairly well. Most betters (myself and iRTB) who bet in other subs, know that you need to look up the rules or ask before making bets you don't fully understand to avoid embarrassing scenarios like this one. It's common sense really.
It's not common sense that the bets are assumed to be end of "90 minutes" instead of end of game.
I know the technical rules, but as a precautionary (as the world cup brings in people from all different countries and sub-forums) it should be printed here somewhere.
No other section or prevalent sport operates on this same basis.
