This is the only sports sf that ends bets after regulation time. Maybe yall should make that clear since EVERY other sports sf doesnt do that...just this one..

I'm not a Mediator of this sub forum and that's not my responsibility. Sure, things could probably be ran better but they seem to work fairly well. Most betters (myself and iRTB) who bet in other subs, know that you need to look up the rules or ask before making bets you don't fully understand to avoid embarrassing scenarios like this one. It's common sense really.

It's not common sense that the bets are assumed to be end of "90 minutes" instead of end of game.
I know the technical rules, but as a precautionary (as the world cup brings in people from all different countries and sub-forums) it should be printed here somewhere.
No other section or prevalent sport operates on this same basis.

Have u seen how many European bookies go about? Basketball and hockey for example are also regulation time only, while going for OT has got different odds.

Not unless otherwise noted, the opposite of the situation that has occurred here.

Cuz, basketball, NFL, Baseball etc subforums are dominated by americans, therefore american betting rules.

Either way you can't go in the bet and assume rules.

The op has his US +.5 for 1:1 odds and his US to advance at 1:2 odds.... it's not common sense to know that those are two different things? Context. Yes, I agree that these rules should be printed somewhere IN BOLD/RED and should be constantly bumped during this period of time. I however think it's someone's obligation when coming into a foreign sub to try and understand their rules before betting. This here is common sense, other cases might not be so simple.

Actually reading through the rules and guidelines for all sports right now... and let's just say that there would be a lot of refunds from every section...

This isn't about WesWelker or HANGRY at all anymore in my mind, I am just trying to prevent this from happening again.

It actually is. Especially in this case. Just cuz he is used to something,( certain way of betting in this case) doesn't mean it's gonna be done the same way everywhere else. So if u put your pixels/money/whatever on the line it's his sole responsibility to know how it's working.
