not bad, but not that great

marcelo is often struggeling in defense
ramos and pepe make too many mistakes
arbeloa is mediocre at best
carvajal played nicely at leverkusen, lets see what he can do
varane is a great centre back

and real still lacks a world class defensive midfielder for the dirty work

ofc im not a real expert, but thats what i saw in some games in league and cl

13 players for the 6 positions in front of the defense line. It would make sense to sell either Di María or Özil since that would keep it to 2 players for each position, and Modric can play retty much everywhere. Also it would give Jesé more playtime. But I think we won't sell anyone (aside from Kaká ofc) unless a huge offer comes.


If Ozil is not going to play Cam then i hope he leaves RM and play somewhere else

Madrid has a stong defense. Last year Alonso and Marcelo struggled with injuries, and Arbeloa was really bad the 2nd half of the season; with the players in form Madrid has a very solid defense.

imho this is one of the deepest squads ever in football history; it's obviously not the best and it might noot even win the CL, but the depth is just insane

At club level only City can come close imo.
