thank you for helping to keep this site safe. just by your last couple of posts i can tell you are a very intelligent human being with some great ideas and interesting opinions - thanks for sharing them with us and making this forum a better place. keep it up, boy.

it's "the truth", huh? you are in possession of the very thing no rational thinking intelligent human being could ever dream of having? prove it then.
to me it seems more like most people call you a political correct weakling if you refuse to blame all muslims and all immigrants for the terror of some and refuse to share the view that a religion that is just a contradictory as the one i grew up with is inherently violent and aggressive - funny how different perspectives can be, right?

and your "truth" (some ppl losing their job for discriminating against a certain religion) is just as bad as: suppressing democratic opposition, rigging elections, throwing critics in jail (or killing them), making policies for oil companies that pay you billions, changing the laws for your personal benefit, invading sovereign nations and censoring the internet - and you think you have more freedom of speech in russia? ridiculous. what about the gays, environmentalists, government critics there? you think it's just anywhere close here? just a fraction even? well, that is a very unique view... don't EVER call anyone else naive plz, hahaha...

this guy was just fired for making a comment that the terrorist attack should have consequences for our refugee policy
his bosses didnt agree--->fired

btw i never said anything of what you write in your last part and completely ignored me
who said that russia was a free country and better in that aspect than we are? nobody
but funny how you list making policy for oil companies, so we dont make policy for the economy?
you are embarrassing yourself

the whole point is that western societies are not in the position to the celebrate themselves
a society where people lose their job for criticism should not judge russia for throwing them into jail
because its the same principle

arguing with you is like playing chess with a guy who throws all pieces from the table and declares himself victor

at least putin is honest and the only guy fighting isis AND the other jihadists [...]

given the choice between an honest villain and a lying one, i prefer the honest guy everytime

your MAIN argument FOR putin (him being honest) is just preposterous - maybe you get my point if i DON'T try to explain it to you by providing examples like i did before.

you just lose your job, get attacked by "antifascists" and get insulted by everyone if you say that you dont want muslim people here (dont try to deny it, its the truth)

you didn't even read 5 lines into the article you just posted there to "prove" your weak point: he got fired for calling his bosses "asshole" not for the post he made (which btw was kind of in bad taste with that smiley face added to it, but certainly not enough to lose your job over).

not what happened according to them but even IF it were true - you know how flimsy your argument is if you have to resort to conclusions like "losing your job over an ignorant post about the paris attacks is basically the same as going to jail for criticising the government...

again, just your perspective. to me it looks more like you make your moves, i make mine and i checkmate you in just 5 turns - your king falls and you blame the board for being shaky or even worse, me for throwing all pieces off...

nice dodge on ALL the points i made. great job.

learn to read plz. i clearly said that his statement should NOT cost him his job. actually, there is some truth to it and i mentioned earlier in another thread that i agree it is problematic with all the unregistered immigrants. i still think it was in bad taste given the recent attacks. you have to stop thinking in just black and white, mate. maybe i shouldn't have replied to your little chess comment... but anyway, the reason they said they fired him is because he called his bosses "assholes". like it or not, the article you linked does not prove at all what you wanted it to prove so better at least try reading next time...

but tell me, what's with all the ad hominems? why can't you stay on topic?

you say things that seem completely stupid to me and i try to explain why by providing arguments and examples...
obviously you feel the same about my opinions and points but all you do is say things like "i thought you were better than those idiots", "it's like playing chess with someone who just throws the pieces off", "you just want to be right" - don't you realise how that looks? as if you were uncapable of making an actual point...

Oh. My. God. I couldn't imagine the pain he's in.

I tore my MCL and I still cringe just seeing stuff like this.

This is the danger of social media! I took Putin's quote from a post on Facebook & it turned out to be false. I apologize.

yeah read it. but vladimir does rly seem like someone who would say these kinda things. he's like that one badass the world needs.
