Liverpool need to have a good hard think on if that £50mill makes up for the damage to their image of being held ransom by a 20 year old boy. Losing Suarez with barely more than a whimper was bad enough, but at least they had the excuse of him chewing someone's arm off. With sterling they have nothing.
