On loan apparently. I imagine the only reason a club like Tolouse is loaning a player to PSG is because of the transfer budget limit UEFA has set on PSG. I guess they'll have him on loan this year and sign him next summer.

Maybe, but we all know those financial fair play rules are a joke, if they viewed him as an urgent signing they would just splash the cash like Man City, RM or Barca would

I'm kind of happy we went with Debuchy instead of Aurier. The africa cup is such a big disadvantage for clubs
