I think Morata will be a fine backup for Benz

Would certainly be a act of faith towards Jese/Morata, if no further transfers are made

But it could be risky, if Benz is going down. Not sure if Real has the faith to develop them, especially if they have a stretch of bad games. Which certainly will come if u consider their age & inexperience.

I think Ancelotti(at least what I've heard anyways) prefers playing youth
