Kroos is a worse version of Cesc...
He had 32% of the voting behind ozil. Something like that

just a popularity vote like so many others

yeah a chelsea benchwarmer is better than a real madrid regular

Cesc passing is the best in the world. And neither him or Kroos are used for defensive abilities even tho Cesc is decent in it. So I think it's obvious who is better...
