Muhamed Besic to Everton for 4m, can't say i know much about him, only when he performed at the WC and he was one of our best players IF not the best, really good tackler.

PSV are moving for River Plate defender Balanta, I have never heard of him but he should be a big talent. PSV made an offer of 6,5m euro. Plate are at 8m atm. Does anyone know this kid?
