Over rated as fuck

who by? i mean, i'm not saying he definitely isn't - actually i'm not a fan (although on his day he can be an amazing player but those days are too rare) but still... who actually rates him highly?

At least here people seem to rate him highly. When media linked him to Sevilla people were saying he'd be amazing and take the squad to a whole new level. When the deal with PSG was confirmed I read tons of user comments on different sites about it being an absolute steal by today's standards and even some Madrid/Barça fans saying that they wished he had signed for their team. I seriously wonder if these people have even seen him play or they just know him from FIFA or whatever. I mean he's ok and fits perfectly in an EL team, but he's definitely not a top player because he's too inconsistent imo.

a year ago, i would have said he's one of the best in the world on his position but like ampoo pointed out, wolfsburg are having a terrible season. still, he's one of their few solid players and regarding his potential certainly still a great player, he's still quite young. he's very well rounded offensively and defensively, great workrate and no, he isn't slow at all, i don't know where you got that from, are you "scouting" in video games again?
then again, the same was true for baba and chelsea didn't manage to use him efficiently so who knows?
