austria wien playing 2nd placed Altach in an hour. if we win this we can get 1 point close to leader sturm graz who lost again yesterday

1-3 loss against leipzig and this result is actually the best thing for us about this game. they could have easily scored 5 or 6 against us in the first half alone.

terrible defense again with some outrageous mistakes but at least we didn't stop fighting this time and came back a little improved in the 2nd half.
should have gotten a penalty late in the game but i'm not even mad the ref fucked this up for us since losing this game by just one goal would have been a joke to be fair. we're so bad atm, it's painful to watch...

1-5 loss against Altach

They totally dominated us, that was not the team I've seen in the past 5 games at all. Even Roma didn't dominate us that bad imo.

Mallorca is playing away against Córdoba tonight.

Córdoba has a pretty good team and should be fighting for promotion, but a bunch of injuries have kept them in the middle of the table so far. Hopefully we can get some points here, although we suck away from home so I'm not all that confident.

We didn't play well, we were dominated, but we had two chances and we scored in both of them.... this must be opposite day

Not a good game by us, but we absolutely DESERVED to win like this after all those bs games where we keep creating chances but can't finish. I needed to watch a game like this as well...

The performance wasn't good like I said, but this is massive result to build on and I hope we can start climbing the table soon (tonight we will even sleep in the playoff zone since Sevilla's b team can't promote and so the 7th placed gets the last playoff spot).

Didn't notice Mallorca is now at +2 on goal difference in the table. Fucking finally. We hadn't been on positive goal difference since... 170 games ago!

After the first 8 Liga games of the 2012/13 season, it all went down hill on this department. We spent out last 30 games in top flight in negative goal difference, and we had been unable to turn it around in the following 140 games which we played in Segunda... but now finally we did it

Mallorca will be playing home against Sevilla Atlético (Sevilla's B team) today.

Sevilla Atlético is probably the biggest surprise in Segunda so far. It was expected that, like most b-teams that make it here, they'd have a very hard time in Segunda... but not at all. At least so far they've played some very nice offensive football and have climbed up to 2nd place (they'd be promoting to Primera if they weren't a b-team); only Levante's far superior squad remains ahead of them in the table.

Needless to say, this is going to be a hard game for us. But playing home and after that away win last week, I think we can take the 3 points. That has got to be the goal at least, it's time to jump to playoff positions!
