Mallorca wiull be playing home against Huesca tomorrow. Traditionally a 4th tier club, Huesca has a very limited team and are always among the main candidates for relagation in Segunda. Hower, they have a clear strength: they're aware of how weak/limited their squad is, and they lock themselves in well and take very few risks. This intelligent and tactical approach has allowed them to avoid relegation a few seasons in a row. Hopefully Mallorca can open the lock and score a goal for once so we can win the 3 points...

I wouldn't be surprised if Mallorca already tried to contact him but were turned down since they can't offer more than 200k€. Our director of football said that so far they've contacted several good strikers, but they are all asking for more money the club can offer. Obviously we can't compete with chinese or arabian money printing clubs...

yeah it's more wishful thinking from my side since it would make for such a sweet story but yeah, the economic rules of the game clearly suggest that if he seriously considers finding another club, it'll be outside europe...

Man, I tuned in 10 mintues late because I had people over, and Mallorca was already winning 2-0....

I'm happy ofc, but ffs, they scored in 6 minutes the same amount of goals they had scored in the 8 previous games, and I missed it :wallbash: :D

Hope we don't fuck up. 2-0 after half an hour atm.

And we won. A very strong performance and a solid 3-0 win :D

Still can't believe we scored more than once... as I said Huesca lock themselves well, so it was really important getting a lead in the 3rd minute of the game, everything was much easier after that.

All goals scored by Brandon, a 21 year old second striker who is a youth academy product and probably our best player. He usually creates a lot of chances but has bad finishing skills, so it's nice to see him net 3. He's the first Mallorca player to score a hat trick in over 8 years! The last player that achieved this was Güiza on 20/4/2008, back in Primera, the season where he finished as silver shoe only behind Cristiano.
