assuming the 40mill are pound, thats roughly Draxler's buyout. Özil was already linked with Arsenal everywhere the last days, and Wenger already wanted him during his Bremen days.

doesn't mean either is gonna happen. I mean how often were Arsenal or United ready to spend this summer, more have to happen for a successful transfer.
