I pre-ordered the game and put in that code for a gold pack every month or whatever.
How do I get to it to open it? I can't find it anywhere. Also is there no like starter pack or something?

I have no idea how to start playing this lol this is so sad ><

I think I got hacked or something? I'm not sure what is going on.
I should have that Season Pass Ticket or w.e
I should have a starter pack and gold pack I think but when I click on store/packs there is nothing in there for me and I think I've checked everything else.

Also I had default club made for me already called Drogsa (I don't know if everyone has this) and this is why I think I was hacked.
Cause when I clicked on create club (obviously cause I didn't want that shit) there was no guide on how to start playing and what not and I got no players.

If anybody has any ideas on what I should let me know please.

They give a starting team wen u start ultimate team (all random bronze players) and packs will be on the store/my packs

I was never given anything and I also don't see a place that says "my packs" in the store area.
This sucks cause idk who I could call to get this fixed cause I doubt xbox live support is gonna do shit about it.

I don't think Calling anyone will help ur just going to get more frustrated, if I were u I would change my password and delete and create new ut club
