I still wished that Real Madrid could kick Florentino Perez who is only looking to buy stars and build his "Los Galacticos X2000" and start scout for young players who has the capacity to become, together with the team, a solid motivated team play were each individual knows how everyone's working and their own goal during the games.
Castilla has bunch of talents they should give a try - let them grow in team, it can take 3-4 years but I'll be a good start.
