Mallorca will be playing away against Cádiz tonight.

Cádiz has promoted back to Segunda after a few years in the third level. Dispite their newly promoted status, they have a pretty strong team and their goal is to promote to Primera in 2 years. Granada's owners, who are pretty rich, left the club this summer and injected some serious cash into the club. They've managed to sign players like the striker Ortuño, who was the main target of pretty much every top Segunda club, so that kind of shows the financial power they have right now. I expect this to be a hard game for us.

1-1

A hard fought draw that could have gone either way. It was very balanced and both teams looked good for the most part; unfortunately we missed a few chances at the end that could have given us the win...

Good vibes... I hope we can build from the performance and get our first win of the season in the next game.

Mallorca will be playing home against Oviedo tomorrow.

Oviedo has a rich owner and a big and loyal fanbase. They are one of the main candidates to promotion and are obviously hard to beat, but if we want to be up there we are going to win these matches. Let's go!

After 3 games, less than half (10 out of 22) teams of Segunda have managed to win a game

4 teams have drawn all 3 games as well...

not sure what that means tbh, perhaps the league is extremely balanced
or poor :p

It's poor -_- (attacking wise at least)

Half the teams don't average more than one goal per game yet. The biggest GD after 3 weeks are still only at +3 and -4. There were a few surprisingly high scoring games this weekend, but in general the teams have a serious problem upfront.

mmmh sounds like the teams are afraid to have a bad start and rather play it safe

but this will surely end when the stakes slowly get higher
