City are idiots really. They want Rekik who is currently on loan at PSV at a higher league next year. The irony here is the fact that PSV have secured Champions League football, something they have yet to reach. Furthermore, PSV is just as likely to pass the groupstage as they are since they play horrible in Europe. I for one think this is bullshit.

How is that bullshit? They probably want him to play for a club like west ham so he can feel how the epl is compared to the eredivisie

I would take Rekik at City right now. However, Milky way is right, having him gain experience at a club like Southampton or Swansea would be beneficial to everyone.
