It depends on the type of player you are...

If you're Willian, Malouda, Muntari or Arbeloa, then yes, you'll be much better off with Mourinho.

With Van Gaal it's a bit of a gamble... either he likes you or he doesn't, and if he doesn't like you then you are doomed. The problem here is that there's no way of knowing what goes on inside his thick brick skull, so it's hard to predict if he'll end up making your life miserable or not.

Mourinho gets alot of grief for "busparking" etc and I think this forum is very disrespectful towards mourinho giving him zero credit at all.

Most people have forgot that he is a genius football manager that has pioneered coaching methods winning trophies at every single club he goes to,
if you say he always had a great team thats a lie too because what he achieved with inter and porto was just amazing

Hes by far the best manager in the game right now and its not even close, even if he seems abit off this season

We have alot of critism for him since he gets himself in these situations like he has too often, the best manager in the world would be able to deal with those situations more easly.
