thats a valid point, true enough
but then again, its not like schweinsteiger will last that long as well, always being injured and having problems
we should have signed a younger quality player for the future

i really hope that at least xabis form will be better when playing for us than what he did in the last months
his world cup was dreadful

in the beginning i was pissed as well, but if you think about it the transfer is not so bad

kroos is a different story, he rarely performed that great for us and asked for more without giving something in return
xabi is a solution for the next 2 years for around 25-30 mio overall
a player who wont be mad to not start every game, but he can perform when needed at the highest level

i have my problems with pep as well and i am totally with you on some points, but this was a reasonable decision

i wouldnt want to play with our youngsters like gaudino in the champions league just now, nobody would profit from that
he wouldnt stand a chance against the likes of yaya toure

now they can develop and have their games in the bundesliga, take turns with xabi or play with him
