how do you become "friends" in web app 13?

says thats the only way to do trade offers

normally you have to be friends on the console

but its not working somehow

is there a way to friend myself with different accounts?

you know what i mean right?

you have to use the console to do it

go on account 1 and add account 2
go on account 2 and accept it
